Highlighting the Way!

Highlighting is one of the more useful functions of the “Wizard Front End”. By using this feature getting around Elanthia is a lot easier. Entries and Exits, treasures, skins and pelts, and other functions are easier to spot and can save your life in a crisis situation. Even highlighting incoming merchants in a special color can help you spot them when they arrive so you can get to their workshops for that alter you been wanting forever. By highlighting the names of your friends, those angelic empaths who heal your injuries or those spell casters who are willing to spell you up, makes it easy to spot them when you walk into a room they are located in.

How to Highlight

Highlighting is easy! When you are in the wizard front end, on the top tool bar click on Configuration, Text Strings, either the Names tab or Strings Tab (Strings for phrases, Names for single words), then New. When the “Highlight String” dialog box appears type in the name or phrase you want to highlight then click OK. When the word appears in the highlighted words section, choose the color you want for the word and mark the checkbox so it’s not case sensitive, that way it will still be highlighted if the word shows up no matter how it was typed.

Repeat the above steps as many times as you want, when you are finished, click on Apply, then OK. Do not forget to click on the Apply button or you will have to do it all over again because your words will not be saved. Now all your special words will be highlighted. Simple as that!
